Account Deletion & Data Removal

SabiFunds gives you control over your data. You can delete your account and associated information at any time.

How to delete your account

Option 1: Delete directly in the app (recommended)

  1. Go to Profile
  2. Open Settings
  3. Select Delete Account
  4. Confirm your request

Option 2: Request deletion by email

  1. Email us from your registered email address.
  2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
  3. Send to: support@anthizgroup.com

What data is deleted

When your account is permanently deleted, the following data associated with your account is removed:

Account & profile data

Financial and project data

Uploaded content

Shared projects and collaboration data

If you participated in shared projects, your personal identity and account data are deleted. Some records required to preserve another user’s project integrity may be anonymised rather than fully removed. For example, an expense you submitted to someone else’s project may remain as an anonymised record so the project history remains accurate.

System data and logs

To operate securely and reliably, SabiFunds may maintain limited system-level data such as:

These records are not used for profiling or marketing and are not visible to other users. They may be retained for a limited time where required for security, fraud prevention, system integrity, or legal obligations. Where possible, such data is deleted or detached from identifiable user information.
